Idea Generator: What is the magic that working women, you and others like you, bring to their jobs because they are moms? Women are like the witches of the Wizard Of Oz; there are the good witches (good magic) and the bad witches (bad magic). We can do great good and also great harm. What kind of magic do you bring to your workplace as a result of being a mom? What are the mom-like wisdoms you use in the workplace? Tell your story. Or tell me a story about someone you know personally and have experienced personally.
2nd idea generator: What is the wisdom that your mom (or primary caretaker) gave you on a regular basis that has helped you to be who you are and build your character? What wisdom would you pass along to any young person to inspire them to become everything they could possibly be?
